1. Scope

These Merchant Terms set out the commercial relationship between you and TICKEPAY LLC, registered at 312 W 2nd St, Unit 3946, Casper, WY 82601, USA, for accepting online payments through the Tickepay checkout and receiving payouts. They apply alongside our Terms of Service.

2. Accepting payments

You may accept payments only for your own genuine sales, in the currencies and card networks we support. You agree to follow card-network rules, to display prices clearly, and not to surcharge beyond what the law allows or to impose a minimum the networks forbid.

3. Fees

Processing fees are charged per successful payment, at your plan's rates and as set out on our pricing page. Fees are deducted before payout, and we will give notice of any change to standard rates.

4. Payouts

Cleared funds, less fees and any refunds, are paid out to your nominated bank account the next business day on all plans, with no minimum payout amount. Timing can be affected by bank cut-off times, public holidays and checks we are required to run.

5. Refunds & chargebacks

You can refund a sale in full or in part to the original method; we return our fixed fee on refunds. If a cardholder disputes a payment, the amount may be charged back to you, and a network-set chargeback fee may apply. We give you the tools and the time to respond with evidence.

6. Currency conversion

When you display prices or settle in a currency different from the customer's, a currency conversion may apply at the rate shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Any conversion fee is disclosed before it is charged. You remain responsible for the prices you set and any tax on your sales.

7. Reserves & holds

In limited cases — unusual activity, high dispute levels, or where a network or regulator requires it — we may delay a payout or hold a reserve. We will tell you why and for how long, and release funds as soon as it is appropriate.

8. Term

These terms apply for as long as you use Tickepay to accept payments. Either party may end the relationship as described in the Terms of Service; fees already incurred remain due. Questions about your account or fees? Write to hello@ticke-pay.com.
